Bring on the SNOW!

Recommended Posts

First major snow storm of the season is ramping up here. Should begin early tomorrow here in the Pocono's, up to 10 inches by the end!

Can't wait to go skiing!

one of the gratest things about living in california is the weather.. it's so nice here. not to cold and not to hot. is it snow that you want?? it shouldn't take you more than an hour to reach it :) is it the beach you want? that also is about an hour drive :cool:

I envy you VaLUnTriAn, wish I could go skiing. No mountains down here in Washington D.C. Just mountains of poop from all the politicians

It's about a 3 hour drive to the nearest Ski Area for you I think, which is down near Philadelphia.

No ... no you don't. I've lived in New England all my life, it gets, very tiring putting up with the winter season. Maybe every once in a while snow would be nice, but not as often as we get it.

Here's why I love New England:

~Hot in the summer

~Fall Foliage

~No tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, forest fires, flooding, or the like (where I live anyways: mountainous)

~Excellent winter, but rediculously too long...

~We get to say 'wicked'

~Lobster

Haha, that's it i guess, but the winter's are just too damn lonnnnnnng...

IMO:

Snow=good, fun

Ice=fun

Black ice=dangerous

Yellow (""""lemon-flavoured"""") snow=... I think u can figure it out

I have been waiting a long time for my snow. It has all been a big tease and looks like it will be so for some time. I want my snow and ice back.

I can't wait to get out on to the canal. It's hockey season dammit.
