Leafs on a TEAR

So who thinks this winning attitude will last all year? I mean 7 in a row? And 6-0 on boston? mind you, they played just last night, but they are atheletes and get paid to do that so... YEAH BUDS!!!!!!

Who needs mogilny? hahaha, can't believe how well they are playing, oh yeah, and Belfour is the MAN.

ive always liked the leafs, they always have decent regular seasons and then dont win in the playoffs, im a sucker for teams that choke in the playoffs.

LOL catnip. I don't know what the heck their deal is. They always do so well then buckle in the playoffs.

I don't know if my perception is true or not, but it seems like when the Leafs start doing well in a game, they start to cool off or not play so hard. Almost like an "aw we're winning, why try so hard?" attitude and then they lose!!! drives me NUTS!

oh yea! :) but I wasn't referring to regular season games. they usually do well there. its in games where it matters (like the playoffs) where they almost seem to just stop trying or something. ARGH! :argh:

shouldnt it be the mapleleaves?

no because its not plural, theres only one leaf and its belonging to Toronto therefore its the Toronto Maple Leaf's... what do u expect from a team who hasnt won the cup in 40+ yrs :)

I love the Leafs and are one of their biggest fans but I fear unless they strengthen their defense that we will fall victim in the playoffs yet again. We need to make a trade to improve the d before the trade deadline because that's when it's too pricey to get a decent player.

No question about it. The streak stops at 7 come Saturday night. :)

I disagree since it will only be Legace in net. I like Legace but he doesn't have enough skill to stop the rolling leafs.
