patseguin Global Moderator Posted December 5, 2003 Global Moderator Share Posted December 5, 2003 I made a DVD for a friend with Final Cut Express (awesome!) and iDVD. If more people want c aopy, is it easier to use iDVD to make more or make a master DVD and just copy it? How do I copy a DVD with only 1 drive? Dazzla Veteran Posted December 5, 2003 Veteran Share Posted December 5, 2003 Can't you use Disc Utility to make an image of the DVD, then just use the same app to reburn and reburn?

Elliott
Yes, you can make an image of the DVD with Disc Utility or Toast and then just use the same program to create more copies.
Bling3k12
welcome to the complicated world of macintosh! :p Dude, shut the hell up... you aren't helping any. Anyways, Disk Utility or Toast would be the easiest way, but for future reference, I think iDVD makes a cache of the DVD image so it doesn't take as long to re-burn as it does the very first time, so you can make as many burns at once, but I think it deletes this cached file once you quit the program.
