Internet Explorer 12 to feature 'substantial changes' to the user interface?

They aren't for end users, you may as well compare the IE section of the registry to them.

But that's true for all of them, especially Firefox. Chrome is slightly better but not casual see friendly, but no config page will ever be.

Yet it makes more sense than Firefox horrible config page, and chrome limited two categories config page...

apples to oranges, the equivalent of that dialogue in firefox is the options window, not about:config.

I'm not sure what "substantial" changes they could make. The IE11 UI is the best one they've had so far for IE. Really hope they don't end up cluttering it up again.

No doubt! Let's hope they don't get as stupid with IE as they did with the last OS! :x
