[Bug?] SSL Connection Error on News Page

I get an SSL Connection Error as seen below when i try to get onto the news page. I receive this message both on my home computer and my work computer. No matter the browser I am using.

Running Windows 7 Pro x64 at work and Windows 8.1 x64 at home. Same Chrome and IE 11 builds on both sides.

The forum pages work fine its just the News page i cannot access.

i was getting 500 gateway errors on neowin earlier so maybe it's related to that

i was getting that for a while too. At first i thought it was my connection but then i started getting it on two computers in two locations as well as not having issues with a few other ssl sites i use.

NGIX errors here randomly so it's more than just SSL it seems?
