ChicoCahill
Tiger won the PGA player of the year despite not winning a major or the money title. But he did have the lowest scoring average of the year with a 68.13. Its his fifth in a row, nobody else has one more than 2 since they began giving the award in 1990. OrangeSoul
He won because of consistency, thus the low score, even though he never won, he never once missed the cut, the first in golfing history in a year
