Got a interview tommorow

Keep eye contact even if you think it feels stupid

Stare at the bit in between the persons eyes it is much easier and it looks like your looking at them. Just remember it looks alot sillier if you are looking at the floor or the desk when they are talking.

Ask questions it will show that you are interested and try and crack a joke!

Biggest thing: *Relax*, be honestly interested (assuming you are), and think of things as a conversation rather than formal "interview".

Do not hesitate at all to ask lots of honest, sensible questions about lots of stuff. You're also "interviewing" them, frankly.

Having honest knowledgable interest and curiosity in where you're "interviewing" is the best thing you can have with you going in.

Don't worry *too* much. If you don't hit it off with the interviewer or whatever and have honest, marked, ongoing interest, just try again later with someone else.

*Worst* thing one can usually do is just "shmooze" an interviewer and end up in a job they're not otherwise appropriate for in the big scheme of things. Leads to a lot of unnecessary and painful complexity and confusion.

ive got a interview tommorow for audi mechanic apprenticeship, anyone got some good advice like some good questions to ask or anything

Try to find out as much about their business in advance so you don't ask any dumb questions.

From someone who has never yet failed a job interview. Go in with a sort of quiet arrogance. Believe in yourself. They are not offering you a job, you are deciding if you want to work for them. Think along those lines and your body language will naturally express an air of confidence. Whatever you do, don't be afraid to not know or to ask for clarification.

At my last interview, I was sat at a table with four rather formal interviewers. One of them asked me a question about a variable array in Visual Basic. I didn't understand the question. I could have sat there thumbling but I didn't. I told him that I didn't understand the question and so he rephrased it. I later learned that it was that 'stumble' which was a contributing factor to me getting the post. Just take your time.
