Open Letter to Microsoft

Recommended Posts

Here's my letter to Microsoft:

"Dear Microsoft,

I got my Office 2003 gift - beta 1 today. Here's my bug reports:

1. On the sticker.

I found only one, but a huge bug, a spelling error. It says "KIVALO!", it's a hungarian word, correct spell is "KIV?L?!". You can do that "?" and "?" letters with Hungarian keyboard layout, the "?" is near at backspace, the "?" is at the line "asdfg..." and its the before last character.

2. On the radio

I found serveral bugs. First, the radio is a bit crap. You should replace it to an iPod 20GB. Second, it says "Good sound performance, high sensitivity, low noise". It's a little bit big mistake, the correct is:"Crap sound performance, low sensitivity, high noise". Third, the earphones are also crap, i think you should replace it to a better version, like Sennheiser MX300, which i have.

I hope you will correct that bugs soon.

KTamas

beta id:777777

P.S:Will i get the full version of Office 2003 gift at the end of beta testing? Or i should buy it?"

I wont send it yet. But i think i will....

oh...my...god

you'r a whiner, you should be glad you got the gifts.

I got the gifts today, and who gives a **** about how they spell it.

If you don't like microsofts gifts, you should change to lindows, they'd love for you to pay for your own "gifts&:pot; :p

I got one they are sweet. The earbuds sound great for what I owuld have presumed to be worth less than 10 cents. I get a bunch of clear stations. Nothing to complain about. Also you arent funny. Thats it.

and its a humorous letter (or should be...), NOT a real.

That's a good point. I can't imagine why anyone would write an "open" letter unless if they think that the receiver probably won't read it and the only persons reading it are the general public. :pinch:

I feel I've been screwed and used by a multinational multibillion dollar company as well.

I'm not going to whine and complain.

But what I will do is refuse future betas from the Microsoft Office Team.

Well said IMHO.

I'm not contributing to Microsoft Office Teams profits in the future, they can go and get fruited.
