Ok, Only Two Icons Left. Please Help!

Recommended Posts

OK guys, I have managed to change all the icons on the start menu except for My Music and My Pictures. I am having trouble with those two little *******s so can anyone please tell me or show me how to change them? Thanks.

It's called: Mac-I Tunes. Give me an email address and I'll email it to you. It's only 1.48 megabytes.

go into those folders and there is a hidden file named Desktop.ini you can change the icon inside that file :)

No such file dude. I even told Windows to unhide the system files and nothing.

Ooh! Where did you get the cursor?

Create desktop.ini using notepad. You may give it +s and +h attributes if you want (as the OS does automatically whenever if creates a desktop.ini, but it's not required).

Have it contain the following:

[.ShellClassInfo]

IconFile=FILENAME

IconIndex=0

Icon Index will be a number other than 0 only if you use an icon libray (.icl) or dll file, but I am not certain of the actual procedure for obtaining this number.
