PSO2 Error 103 Need help

hey guys 

i am a new member in the game ( PSO2) 

i finally finished downloading & installing the game 

 but when ever i try to go in to the game 

i get error 

 

Error Retrieving Latest Version

Fail to download files, ServerFull.

WinHTTP Error:0

[No.103]

plz any body can help me and give me a solution 

 

 

ps : i already used ( Paltinum Hide IP , Cyber Ghost , HotSpotShiled ) 

       and i have change my DNS to google  8.8.8.8

                                                                    8.8.4.4

and non of them worked

Just going from the error message:

 

Fail to download files, ServerFull.

Looks like you need to wait until it frees up a bit. How long have you been trying to download the files?

It could also be to do with your VPN settings. Try connecting without all those tools enabled and see if it works then.

i have been trying for at least 3 h 

but nothing happened

all the solutions on youtube says that i have to change my IP add 

it did not work for me but it worked for them

Have you tried this suggestion?

I don't play this game so I can't really be much use other than helping to look for solutions already being mentioned on the main forum for the game. I assume you've asked there? What did they suggest?
