iDVD INstall Quesitons

Well I just got my AL15 Powerbook, anyways it has 10.3 on it and iDVD installed on it... I keep hearing if i do a softweare reinstall on it that the iDVD 3 will NOT install again is this true? I dont really wantto test the theory of it ;)

You should have recieved three OS X disks, xCode, and a couple of software-restore disks.

If you re-install OS X then you'll get the regular old os x stuff. If iDVD doesn't install, you can go over to your software restore disks and put it back manually (by installing the package yourself) or you can just have it put all software back to the way things were when you first got your computer.

I only got 1 cd .. well DVD not 3.

iDVD it's in the DVD that comes with the OS... you can install it manually after you've installed the OS.

I think it's done this way. mostly because iDVD takes almost 1.5Gb of disk space... and maybe not everyone needs it! :D
