Fortis Posted December 20, 2003 Share Posted December 20, 2003 yea. as long as kde and gnome are on final versions... gnome 2.4 allows a desktop to be used with kde.. in previous versions the gnome desktop was .desktop and kde was some other hidden crap. btw i am totaly unbiased but kde sucks.. ne who u might want to use an lvm instead of primary/secondary partitions but it should work do u intend to use the same log in name?! if u do - u might have to edit certain conf's by hand.. like any kdecompat conf u got..
