GTA Online Heists Members

Since heists have come out on GTA Online, I've done 2 "full" heists.  The common problem I see is that it's really hard to find people to do heists with that will stick around (or know what they're doing).  Is anyone willing to do heists on Xbox One?  Right now I have 1 other friend I play with, but even together, it's hard to find 2 more people to do them.  So if anyone wants to do heists, please let me know.  There's too much cash to get to not do them.
