Chameleon - Change Theme Colors Contextually

Here's a free program I just finished. It's a free Windows utility that changes window colors based on the weather, the time of day, or battery level. When you're working on your laptop, this give you an obvious visual cue when you need to plug in without having to constantly check the tiny system tray icon.

Can't seem to use it as it requires an activation key.

The activation key is 3994. Sorry it used to be shareware, but now it's free. I had thought I included the license file with it to make it activated already.

Need to make it so I can expand the main window and not need to scroll so much. but excellent looking app!
