MrStaticVoid
I work at a Best Buy and had a customer ask me to set up their network and cable internet for them. I figured I would for the extra money, but I have no idea what is a good rate to charge. What do you all think? Do you know what any other businesses charge? Thanks! Got3n
when i worked at best buy i did that all the time, i would charge people $40 to set up a wireless netowrk. and $35 for a wired netowork, but i told them that there would be cables all over the house. and when they ask if you can hide the cable i said yes i can but that is actual contract type work, then i would charge $40/hr to lay/drop lines in their house. i would make an extra $300 to $400 a month when i worked there. hehe it was awesome.
