Jish
I was taking out the garbage a bit ago. As I was walking out I saw a "Airborne Express" truck pull up. The delivery guy handed me a package from MSN. This being Christmas Eve, I was quite supprised. I opened it to find a MSN baseball hat and a 32MB USB pen drive (aka memory key). That thing is like $30 at a local store! Congratulations on being selected as the MSN Beta Tester of the Week!! Thank you for your exceptional efforts submitting bugs, reporting feature requests, and sharing your knowlage and experience with other beta testers via the newsgroups. Your suggestions and feedback made a huge impact with the Beta Refreshes and will continue to greatly enhance our product before our launch this winter. We consider ourselves luck to have such a enthusiastic and dedicated team member like you on our team! To recognize your hard work we are enclosing the following gifts: * A 32BM extendable storage USB Pen Drive to make file transfers easy and convenient * An MSN baseball hat Please be sure to return back to BetaPlace (www.betaplace.com) regulary to complete the guides which highlight the weekly features to test. As always, if would like to contact the MSN Beta Program Team, please email (...) with any non-technical feedback you have. We're glad to have you with us and are looking forward to your continued feedback. Sincerely, Curt Smith General Manager, MSN Word for word, excluding the email address. The bottom of the letter is signed by a whole slew of people. Such as... "Great Work! Jay" "Thanks! Lisa" "Congrats! Mindy" ...and others, some of which seems to have bad handwriting. :lol I have always wanted a USB memory key! This Christmas is getting better and better! Reference number of the package? What for?
Gee.B
You bet! MSn is doing a lot these days and it's becoming a mjor section of Microsoft...All those goodies are promoting the brand and I think this is good. What do u mean withthe certificate of participation? you mean the certificate that came with the CD? As for the reference number...I dunno what it means...well the number on your certificate is personal...I'm actually wondreering how many Bts were enrolled in the program...if you speak about the number on the package I guess it is to keep track of the mailing status of the package
