Old site, strange problem with IE 11

Question

This old clients site kleenkuip.com was using Microsoft server-side includes.

Since then the site has been migrated to a newer server because of a server crash.

The new server does not support the include tags anymore such as:

<!--webbot bot="Include" U-Include="include_topnavBACK.htm" TAG="BODY" -->

Today I had to make an update to the site and ever since the update there is a strange hiccup when using Internet Explorer 11.

What happens is the site loads for half a second then then it loads "The webpage cannot be found 404 error". (keep hitting refresh and you'll see what I mean)

Firefox and other browsers do not experience this.

I aim to scrap this site in the future for a Wordpress website but in the meantime I was wondering if anybody could help me figure this out.

If I remove the include tag I still get the 404 error.

I need sleep :(

Thanks

Tested it in IE and the problem does indeed occur.

I'm trying to find out why.

Try removing the activx women on the bottom right, besides it might be the problem it's also irritating.
