It first happened when I wanted to try Halo 5 from the master chief collection. It played a video first but instead I would just see quick flashes of white static and couldn't do anything except unplug the power and restart it. Then, I went to Sling TV and the same thing happened. Games play fine. What could be causing this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aergan Posted July 6, 2015 Share Posted July 6, 2015 Sounds like it's switching to or failing to negotiate a different RGB colour space to match the video content and failing. Try setting it to Limited rather than Full? I would try the same Xbox One on a different TV or a computer display if possible and see if you get the same result.
