App taking too much space

I have iOS 8.3 installed on my iPad Mini 2. I have a space issue on iCloud, so I installed Flickr to back up pics, in case I lose it. But this 99 MB app is now taking 2 GB of extra space in 'Documents and data' and I don't know why.

Can anyone please help with this?
