I do get the frustration, so I am not trying to make excuses, but it is important to understand that a word processor is not a page layout tool, so there really shouldn't be an expectation that two different word processors will lay a page out the exact same way. Even if you move past the obvious of different default margins and spacing settings, there are differences in the way font rendering and orphan control work. The frustration you are talking about is exactly with the PDF format exists. We have gotten somewhat spoiled by 25 years of MS Word being the only common word processor, but all these exact issues existed in the 90s when we had WordPerfect, Ami Pro, ClarisWorks and Word. It was for that exact reason there was a need for a universal page layout format such as PDF.

Samsung Display’s lawsuit against BOE was filed in 2023, with the Korean company accusing the Chinese display maker of trade secret infringement for producing OLED panels. Samsung also filed a similar motion with the Eastern District of Texas Court, demanding compensation for its loss of profits and punitive damages. There's the top status bar (with assumedly interactive weather and time widgets embedded), the bottom main navigation, the top app nav bar (profile icon, welcome buttons, search bar), the interactivity on the left app panel (refresh icon, calendar entries with interactivity), and the interactivity on the right app panel (scrolling listing with contact details upon activation, call contact shortcut). That's 5 distinct action areas -- and speaks nothing of the (in-app and top status) overlays, expanded panels (main bottom nav), vehicle settings (temps), and... where's the audio settings? speakers/volume? radio/satellite? That cluster-f gets a beautiful 0/5 stars. Like where's the usability UX in the "MB.UX" package?!
