Just had three codes for the Xbox One Black Ops 3 beta.

I'll be using one but have 2 to giveaway, PM me if you'd like it, new members (creating accounts for these freebies) need not apply.

Only played for about an hour, but not a fan of the beta at all based on that time with it. The movement system is atrocious compared to Titanfall, and the characters just seem silly. Why not go with a customization system akin to Advanced Warfare and let people unlock the abilities? Seems they're trying to cater to the E-Sports crowd way too much.

No codes needed... Just get on Xbox One and download the game...

I have not entered any code to get the game...   I downloaded and played.

Look for CoD Black Ops III tile on the screen then go from there.

I gave it another shot, but I just for the life of me can't find any enjoyment out of playing the beta. It's the typical random-garbage-always-happening Call of Duty chaos. I thought it was going to change last year with Advanced Warfare, but it didn't. It may have even gotten worse with this game, since they didn't keep Sledgehammer's support scorestreaks, which made it seem like everyone on a team could contribute.

I'll stick with more strategic shooters like Titanfall and Battlefield.

Initially it was by invite only, but over the weekend the opened it up to everyone, probably for the usual performance/stress test.

I played a few hours, managed to get into level 10 or something. I found it enjoyable, but won't be buying it come release day. I quite like the movement and thought anyone who had played Titanfall could get into the wall running very quickly!

I'm curious about your comment around random garbage etc. I didn't think the games were any more or less chaotic than Titanfall or Battlefield (limited experience here) In fact taking into account Titans dropping and the AI controlled bots, I would think that Titanfall has more going on :p

I was telling anyone who read this thread,  no need codes anymore... just grab a copy from the store and start playing.

That's the reason I let anyone know, who were asking for the codes..

I don't know the exact ratio, but I would be absolutely shocked if the average size of a Titanfall map isn't at least 10 times bigger than the average size of a map in this beta. Additionally, the titans are limited to one per person -- it's not like scorestreaks, where you can rack up several and then start over again, which just causes a bunch of random chaos on the map. And now they've added specialist features, which just adds to the chaos.

The A.I. in Titanfall is essentially fodder -- it's there to keep large maps from simply being static with just 12 players. They also serve to help decrease titan drop times.

In terms of presentation, there's also not a ton of random pop-ups on your screen when you kill an enemy or random playercards popping up when they go on scorestreaks. It's just clean, presentable data that doesn't obscure your screen. The movement system is similarly clean, unlike this beta's random invisible walls and clunky movement. I don't see any reasonable way in which Titanfall has more chaos than a Call of Duty game.

We probably won't agree on this but we can agree to disagree.

The difference in the size of the maps was because of the Titans, can you imagine stomping around a map the size of one from any CoD game? I still don't see the chaos :s You get the killstreaks which cause a short event on the map and then it's over, nothing really lasts on the map, airstrike over in a few seconds, you're dead and you respawn. Most of the killstreaks (airstrikes etc) have some kind of audio cue (Hellstorm missile inbound etc) and you escape. The specialist features are higher powered/special weapons, extra shields...again fail to see the chaos.

I get the point of the bots but you're admitting that they're just adding to the map...i.e. random-garbage-always-happening :p

and then presentation, I don't see a huge difference between the two...there's a minimap, and running commentary of who killed who, weapon info, the points that you're scoring etc. There's the dude/lady that pops up every now and then to tell you how long you have left until Titanfall. Having Titans blowing electric smoke, firing rockets, punching each other. I would see that as more chaotic..

Anyway, don't get me wrong. I haven't really got into any of the CoD MP since the MW series and I loved TF. I won't be picking up Black Ops but will be picking up TF2 :D:D
