I want to compile a kernel to use on an arm7 (armhf) but I have no idea what I am doing, what packages I need anything I have never done this before I am using the latest kernel from kernel.org... any help? a list of options I need to compile the kernel with for arm7 (hard float) ?? also any tips you want to throw in about compiling kernels would be great once I get this done I will be a bonafide linux administrator I tell ye!
