kairon
I got a Compaq wireless keyboard that has those special "WWW" and Multimedia keys and even "sleep","calculator" and "my computer" keys and they do not work in OS X. Is there any way to assign them to do what they are supposed to?It would be nice to assign a key to ejecting the drive and making the volumes keys work, like on the Apple keyboards. Also, it came with a wireless mouse with buttons on the side of the mouse that normally would be for "back" and "forward" (on Windows and IE at least), can I make those buttons work right as well for Safari? Tim Dorr Veteran Posted December 30, 2003 Veteran Share Posted December 30, 2003 You might be able to use the MS Mouse drivers to access those side keys. Not too sure about it, though...
kairon
Well, installing USB Overdrive seemed to make the two side mouse buttons work, because now Safari goes back and forward when I click on them. Anyone have any ideas to bind the keyboard's multimedia keys to things?
