VS - VooDoo/Blue by Duke. Shouldn't be to hard to find...

Icons - Umicons by ' Mattahan ' .... They are way better then GANT... IMHO.. :)

Wallpaper - Personal recolored Mod... From a few different images around the web..

Apps - Nothing anyone else hasn't had before

it's goin up right now (3 sizes, 1280x1024, 1600x1200, and 1920x1440), along with about 20 other wallpapers. give it about 15 minutes for all the stuff to get uploaded (around 20MB).
