about the toolbar: i made a bmp for shell32.dll based on scrow's icons, but im not gonna release it coz i couldnt find the author on the NET.

the 3dcc file: i think fatcat made it and i just changed a little bit. ill just post the file here, all credits go to fatcat.

info for buttons: thats modded marlett.ttf, follow WinT's tutorial, its easy to do :)

You have to check customise start button then choose flat start button, in Tclock2.

i didnt use anything for taskbar. to make yours look that way, all you have to do is dl the 3dcc, install it, and apply the scheme that i posted :D
