I'm a PS4 guy but I thought this was great:

 

For a History Lesson:

 

I can't help but think if the Xbox One had launched without Kinect and with backwards compatibility the console race could be very different.  2 years after launch may be a bit too late but as a techie guy I'm really impressed they were able to accomplish it.
