Thats funny how people bitch about AMPed viSUAL STYLE that i copied this and that.... but now, people importing things from my theme into this to do what?... make it look like AMPed or what? what is the point....to have two same themes?? If you plan to release this.. then you don't have my permission....just because i don't want to have two of the same themes. Thank you, hope you understand.

Very nice theme, I'll start using it once I get home.

Since it seems that nobody has made a Trillian skin for it, I'll start working on one. Though it'll probably just be the Microscopic skin with some different colors (I guess I'll have to get permission to release my changes).

If anyone else has been working on a Trillian skin, please post it or something, because its probably better than the one I'll do.

Any news on bug fix version? I really like this theme, the way you did with the taskbar is amazing and I feel all GUI component on Windows respond very fast with this theme. I'm still keep using the XPAmp 1.2 even though it's still have some bugs. Hope to see XPAmp 1.3 soon. :)

Finally getting around to posting this...

Special thanks to R. Peter Clark for making the logon ( www.rpeterclark.com )

Bigred,

Where does one get that samurize skin and logon from? I tried R. Peter Clark's website but couldn't find it. I have those WinXP flag wallpapers he made and they are really nice. However, I don't see or have any that are that nice purple/blue color like the logon screen. Can you help me out?

Glad you guys like 'em :D

Wallpaper can be found at webshots ( www.webshots.com )....it's in the Daily Photos - January 2004 area...

R. Peter Clark was kind enough to make that one specially for me...a really nice guy. If it was smaller, I would post it here...

I'll e-mail the logon ( 1280x1024 ) ( 800k )....and the Samurize Script and .psd file if you pm me your e-mail address... :)

One more screenshot of my Firefox toolbar, and some other stuff I put together....

Dude, that Mozilla firefox theme.... totally F**kin rocks!!!

I'm a new user to Firefox, but i can't seem to get themes anywhere!

looked on their help section for Themes, exstentions and stuff like that

but the page just *dont* load. any ideas?

Sorry for going a bit off topic lol

:) ...well I haven't really made a theme...I just edited the original firefox installation files to use my icons instead....I don't really know how to make a theme...lol

If you want me to send it to you, it's a 700k file that replaces your toolbar, as well as the icon for your bookmarks (I didn't have that working yet in the above screenshot, but it is now)...with my own of course...

So basically the theme you see above is just the original with my icons...

pm me your e-mail address if you want 'em. :)

For the toolbar:

As for the icons, they are called Last Cobalt and are available at DeviantArt..... :)

That looks awesome bigred...

I'm sorry guys but I don't have time for the VS... It's not something I get money from you know? I've been busy doing logos and websites... trying to survive here :/

Well, see you all!

Ah, h*ll... Any chance of releasing what you have to be improved by the community? Or does each release have to be approved by WinAMP?

I was really looking forward to more color schemes. Especially that MonoDark.

as was i .. hope steve releases them :(

2 things...

1. - Has anyone heard whether ...noodle... will permit others to finish this theme? That would be really cool...

2. - I made some AVI's to go with the Last Cobalt icons I'm using (I'm sure there are better AVI's out there, but these are the first I've ever made)...here's a screenshot: ...if someone will host them, I will upload it to them so that others can get them...

    • I'm reading the reports as EU rejecting Apple's proposal because Trusted System Agent would be an intermediary offered to third party AI's (this article is also worded as such) but Siri AI itself would not pass this intermediary. This would cause a situation where Siri AI would have more direct system access and offer it an unfair advantage. (speaking from EU regulator perspective here) Apple is citing security issues with doing what EU asked for, and I think this also supports this theory, because truly direct system access like Siri AI would make it impossible to control third party AI's running on the devices and e.g. reign them in via adjustments to Trusted System Agent. So, I _think_ this is the sticking point right now: EU saying they need to be on equal footing as Siri AI, Apple saying they can't be because Apple only trusts their own AI. Apple could of course be leaning a bit extra hard towards this because they're biased. One method to find an agreement would be to have Siri AI also run through Trusted System Agent and treat it as untrusted. This kind of defensive architecture design (especially when involving an AI) would honestly not be a very bad idea from a sheer engineering standpoint. But then Apple would need to swallow their pride and adapt worldwide due to EU, and make perhaps major updates delaying Siri AI once more.
    • I have not even heard of that game. will take a look
