KatGamer
I just set up two-factor authentication on Amazon now that they offer it, but I have a small problem in Google Authenticator on iOS. Because I entered the code manually on my iPad (I can't scan the barcode on my iPad using my iPad camera), it has no label. What I mean is on my main Authenticator screen, I see 3 codes. One is labeled Google, one is labeled Microsoft, and the Amazon one has no label. Sure that's okay for now, but what if I add another Authenticator code and neither is labeled? I've used the edit button and I see no way to name it. Is there any way I can label that code as Amazon? (Yes, I also have Authenticator on my iPhone and yes I can use SMS codes instead but that's not the point.)
tsupersonic
I know this doesn't answer your question, but Authy is a much better app that syncs across platforms, and is more feature rich than Google Authenticator. Nogib
I fully agree with tsupersonic, I switched to Authy just last week and love it! Super easy to sync up to another device too.
