So with windows 10 mobile (like windows 10) - you can't turn off telemetry/usage data?

As the title says. So pretty much if you're on limited mobile data e.g. 500MB/month, if you actually use a WP10 device then MS will eat up all your data with their crappy telemetry crap that you can't disable or even set to wifi only?
Unbelievable. And they think no-one uses WP8.1 devices now, wait till WP10!
