This feature places a rectangle around the user interface element that has focus and uses a pair of triangles to indicate the text insertion point in a document. Highlighter is for users with low-vision, users of high-definition displays that make focus rectangles invisible, and any user of a Web browser in which the focus rectangles are difficult to see. You can customize settings for size, gap, transparency, and color to suit your own preferences.
