Bizkit
Okay, so I live in Idaho, and I am not stranger to snow. But in the last week, we have gotten like 4 feet of it! Last night was really bad. I was watching American Chopper, one of my favorite tv shows, when BAM cable goes out. I was like that sucks. No tv, no internet. No big deal. I start playing Unreal 2, and then my computer starts slowing down, and the monitor starts fading. So I exit Unreal 2, and right when I start to shut down the pc, power goes out. That was about 8:30pm. Now its 10:45am, and we have power! Lets just say, it was a cold and boring night.

Bizkit
Well, if you guys want snow, come here. I swear this has to be a record. We didn't get any snow, then on Christmas Eve, it snowed, and hasn't stopped. Snow everywhere, and my car is dirty from all the salt they are putting on the roads. ozgeek
Why do they put the salt on the roads? I have never seen snow in reality but had Hail the size of tennis balls.

dsteele_7
If your in hawaii then NOOOOO you DON'T want snow! This is one of my first winters with very little snow cuz we had a brief warm-spell up here in ottawa. and BTW the salt melts the snow and ice cuz when salt mixes with snow it becomes salt water and salt water has a MUCH lower freezing point... now Gravel.... (u know little rocks) is just for traction when walking or driving. Anyways good for you on getting your power back! and again anyone with out snow YOU DON'T WANT IT... YOU JUST THINK U DO! kryptonik
I visited Arizona a few days ago and experienced snow. For the first time. It wasn't much, probably like an inch or two, but it was cool.
