1st Emulated PS2 game ever

Recommended Posts

First playable 3D game in PCSX2 is WTA Tour Tennis ! (ok, maybe some people were looking for something bigger, but hey, that's only the begining !) So, asadr, the author of GSmax, sent me these shots of WTA Tour Tennis in-game, making it officialy the first 3D PS2 game playable on an emulator ever ! Knowing asadr pretty well, I can tell you that we're in for some more progress, since he seems to be quite in a working mood these days ^^ Anyway, here are the shots :

That's a good start. What kind of specs do you need to run the emulator anyway?

I wonder if my computer would be able to run it after they make some improvements on the program.

im gonna try some of my games :)

why? it has that WTA Tennis playing barely at what seems ot be 1fps. It's a step yes, but what makes oyu think it would play anything else at all?

well it cant go down  ;)

Sure it can.

What if the creator's computer combusted randomly, destroying all his hard un-backed-up work? What if his dog got kicked and he had to sell his work to big companies who destroyed it so he could pay for his dog's operation? WHAT IF HE DIED?!

That's going down.

I was just commenting on how far it got.

Let me rephrase:

Crap graphics - but look how good ePsxe got eventually. It'll improve.
