ss1
I'll be picking up VPC 7 for definte. I dunno about Office 2004. Depends on whether I have to, because I only recently purchased Office X back in October 2003. ss1. Edited January 6, 2004 by ss1

dougkinzinger
I like Macs, but prefer PC's. When I used to work for ChoicePoint, I supported their entire Mac department for a branch office of 450 people. Of course, they were talking to PC-based servers, and Exchange, but..... ;)

dougkinzinger
Exactly. One thing that makes me quite envious of Mac Office is that PowerPoint can export a presentation into a QuickTime file. I'd kill for any sort of export in PPT2003 like that. That, and everyone loved being able to access all of Exchange's features, like Calendaring, with the rest of the PC-based staff. I was a god!! :D

EmuBite
Does anyone know if the new version will support XML exporting? I know the newest Office 2003 supports this, but only in the professional version. Cheers, RW
dougkinzinger
No, I don't believe that Mac Office 2004 will support XML. IIRC, it was because of lack of neccessity.
