Not really, but it's interesting you chose this 'proof' to concern yourself with rather than the others I posited.
Any variation between the start and end points would indicate the surface is curved, not flat... IF the distances traveled and rotations were measured to sufficient precision.

 

Another indication the Earth is round, or more accurately mostly 'spherical' in nature, can be demonstrated by ascending to an adequate elevation such that one should be able to view the summit of Mount Everest through a telescope. An airplane at 30,000 feet above mean sea level above Los Angeles should provide for such an unobstructed viewing angle if the Earth were flat. But that's not possible due to the curvature, a.k.a. 'roundness' or 'spherical' structure of Earth. Even with 4+ miles elevation above land, the observable land features lie within a few hundred miles at most.

 

At 100,000 feet elevation, far less than 50% of the Earth's surface can be viewed. <-- that should take care of the "moon landings were faked" leaning crowd.
