Each Sim lifespan will progress thorough six different stages: infant, toddler, child, teen, adult and elder. As Sims age into elders, they will live long enough to experience their grandkids growing up. We are working on a variety of objects that are appropriate for Sims of different ages. For example toddlers will have special toys, including xylophone, teddy bear and building blocks.Will there be cheat codes just like the original version and the expansion packs?b>

The Sims 2 will have cheat codes, but we anticipate that they will be new.Will there be a community area in the game or will we have to wait for an expansion pack?b>

In The Sims 2 you'll be able to take your Sims to an all new community neighborhood that's separate from the residential neighborhood. At this point we're planning on letting you take your Sims to this community area to go grocery shopping or purchase clothing.Will the Newbies and Goths be in The Sims 2?b>

There will be a total of eight in each household to keep it manageable for the player.What will the neighborhoods look like?b>

The neighborhoods in The Sims 2 will be much richer and more customizable. You'll be able to import your own sculpted territories from SimCity 4 to shape the landscape of neighborhoods in The Sims 2. When you are in a lot, you will not see the grey background like in the first version of The Sims.Will there be divorces?b>

They will not initially automatically know to sleep in their own bed but you will be able to teach them to.What build and buy mode objects can be placed in diagonal walls?b>

You can place windows and doors in diagonal walls. At this time we are still exploring the details around other objects.Will Sims of same gender be able to be married?b>

ah pooy a 9800 pro? isnt the 9600 xt equivelent lmao... for real u dont need to spend 300 bux on a card to make that game work just buy a xt or 9600 pro and soft mod it to 500mgz dac... no need to buy a 9800 duh..

The 9600xt is not in any way shape or form equal to the 9800...

I'm sorry but I think that's crap. They wouldn't make a game that requires a 300 dollar plus card out of something with that broad of an appeal. It might be official but it's crap to me. I'm sure that'll play just fine on lesser cards.

The damned system requiremnts mention a TNT2 card as capable; A FRICKEN TNT2!

How can you be complaining the the requirements are to high on a game which even acknowledges such a card as working..

Hehe, alot of adult child luvas would get the game if it had this feature :ninja:

Looks nice, itll be perfectly playable on my 9700 pro :).

what i hated about the sims was having to fork over money every few months for the exp packs now it starts all over again :(

Yeah, that sucks. If only it would let you play on without any expansion packs even after an expansion pack is released...

You know you don't actually have to buy them, right? Personally, I like expansion packs - they add more content to a game for fans to enjoy while gamers who just want to try it out can buy the normal game and leave it there. As long as the basic game is no worse, roll on expansion packs!

Oh no, not another Sims game...There goes my computer.....

Ever since Sims came out, my computer has been overtaken by my sisters....

Guess ima need a new pc seeing how old mine is....<<*sigh*
