Shifty Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 last weekend was super strange here in the mid-eastcoast... i was about 30~40F on friday... saturday and sunday was in the mid to upper 60's!!! i was in shorts on sunday when i went to work!! now its in the low 30's and the wind chill is in the 20's... supposed to get snow this weekend and i have to driver 8 to DC and back!! ITS SO COLD OUTSIDE!!! omg -40!!! is that with the wind factor , I HOPE!!!, lol i SHOULD be at work too. I got a 2 week non-paid vacation (which sucks, i'd rather be going to work and getting paid) .... I think the company I work for is out of money, so I've already started looking for another job :/ sucks to be me right now. I had to live in North Dakota for 5 years (good ol' Minot), and I know at least one winter it got down to -47 degrees (with the wind chill)... almost ANYWHERE is warmer than there.
