Bmarius
I have found a program that optimizes you windows XP boot time, I have tryed it out and have optimized my Windows to start faster with 11 sec. Before these tweak my system started in 32sec. and now in only 21sec. Get it here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whi...ootVis-tool.exe
Bmarius
First click on Trace->Next boot, them restart and then click on Trace ->Optimize system, it will restart again and then I will take some time to optimize about 10 min. and then restart again and you will see the diference. Keldyn
Thanx for the heads up but not exactly a "new" find. BootVis is quite reknowned for its ability to increase boot times under XP and damn does it work !! Greetz
Bmarius
I know it is an "old" utility, but they on Microsoft and on Ibelite they say it is a new version.

MxxCon
that "new" version doesn't change anything. only support for older build of winxp beta. if you want better optimization you must do boot+driver delay
