Bioshock Collection - Launching 16/09

From what I've read, it's a buggy mess on PC with lots of crashing or failing to boot for lots of people. Mouse acceleration is also turned on and can't be disabled?!

I guess it's free for a reason :/

I haven't experienced any issues personally, but I'm just one person.  Played it for about an hour last night.  Controls feel fine, runs smooth, and didn't have any crashes.  Not sure if I mentioned it but the graphics options are pretty cut and dry.  You've got resolution, VSync, FOV, and anti-aliasing, and that's about it.  I guess they figure if you can't run the re-mastered version you can just play the original.

Here's a screenshot of the graphics options I took and uploaded to Steam last night: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=764329927

I didn't mess with the controls.  I just set the sensitivity button on my mouse to what I always game at and it felt fine to me so I haven't even looked at the controls menu.

Side note: If you're curious what it looks like compared to the original, I uploaded a bunch of screenshots from that first hour or so of gameplay.  Keep in mind they're at 900p instead of 1080p cause' that's my laptop's native resolution.  Here's the link: http://steamcommunity.com/id/gerowen/screenshots/?appid=409710&sort=newestfirst&browsefilter=myfiles&view=imagewall

Lots of complaints on front page of /r/games https://redd.it/5308it

The lack of graphics options are mentioned there too, but the mouse acceleration, audio problems and crashes seem to be the biggest annoyances.

Hooked my laptop up to my television with an HDMI cable so I can play it at 1080p with a proper gaming keyboard/mouse and am really enjoying it.  Just had my first crash though.  Made it to Neptune's Bounty, stepped out of the bathysphere and the game crashed about a second after Atlas started talking.

Was there a limit on how much cash you could carry in the original?  I haven't played it through in years since I first played it on Playstation 3 and just got a "wallet full" message when I tried to loot some money off a corpse, :p
