last time i checked, there wasn't any. and besides, u would need such a high-end system to play those games, it would be a crime.

There's an XBox emulator avail on www.zophar.net, which currently can only run Halo, and it actually runs great on my system (check sig)

You could just get Halo for the PC... ;)

Just buy an xbox, you wont be dissapointed, it'll be at least another 2 years before the xbox is fully emulated

I'd have to agree here.

The XBox will be emulated. It runs on the same hardware as a regular PC. The biggest holdups are the OS installed and the controllers. XBoxes run on a stripped-down (read: optomized for speed) version of Win2k, if I recall correctly - so doing that on a PC would not be too hard, just takes a bit of time. The controllers can then be hacked in with code to accept input from any other device (or even a hardware adapter that *might* allow you to plug in an 'official' controller)

Buy the unit, and borrow games from a friend.

If it's not that hard, then why haven't we seen one yet? I'm sure it isn't as easy as you're making out to be

My point was that emulation is an inevitablity. It runs on the same basic hardware archetecure as 99% of home user's PCs. It's not like trying to run PS2 or Gamecube on a PC.
