Hum
 http://teenwriting.about.com/library/weekly/aa111102a.htm http://www.scriptmag.com/ Most everything I found is about buying a book or taking writing classes on-line or at a school. kjordan2001
Is this for school? Fun? Career? What do you need to know? Fiction...if you can write grammatically correct sentences and have a good imagination, that's about all you need to know for that. Non-fiction...if you know how to quote sources and write grammatically correct and keep the readers interest, that's about all you need to know for that. Script...about the same as fiction except made for people to read. You basically just need to be creative and a good writer. Any guide will just show you how to brainstorm, quote, etc.
yanman
I guess the main thing is creativity. How well you write is a whole different matter.
poind
If you need it, I'd be browsing outright books at places like Amazon, and perhaps be looking into a proper course someplace. Regardless of what's written, there's a lot to do with obtaining a publisher, etc., assuming one wants to do more than just write something and leave it in the closet.
