Where do I start a new topic on a forum page please?

Welcome to Neowin. This is a technology website, and while we do have the forums for other issues (computer games, film, music, cars...) we do not have a forum dedicated to electric shavers. However, I would say that you should create a topic either in the General Discussion forum or the Hobby Corner.
