Win10 AU can't read external FAT32 HDD; Win7 can

I have a portable Western Digital hard drive, 500GB model, USB 3.0 bus-powered. And three computers. Work computer is an i5-3570 with 4GB of RAM and Windows 7 SP1. Home desktop is a Xeon 1231v3 with 16GB of RAM and Windows 10 Pro AU. Laptop is an i7 6500U with 12GB of RAM and Windows 10 Home AU. All Windows are x64.   Last night I used the portable drive at work. Basically just use it to run PortableApps stuff. Chrome, VLC, etc. Can't install things so we use flash drives or hard drive
I see some unallocated space in the screenshot which is probably some deleted partitions by the AU. I got this problem and resolved it by recovering the partition with MiniTool.   try this :   https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/partition-disappears-in-win-10-anniversary-update.html
