PhotoImpression 6 problem Error loading XML

I am still using PhotoImpression 6 on my Windows 10 machine. It is a very old program, but I like it. Anyway the last few weeks when I click on the icon on the desktop to open the program I get this error message.  ERROR LOADING  XML.  ERROR OXCOOCE502 ON LINE 1, POSITION 26. REASON.  A STRING LITERAL WAS EXPECTED, BUT NO OPENING QUOTE CHARACTER WAS FOUND. If I them click on the box that says OK, the program does load. I have this same program on other machines also running Windows 10 with no problem. Any suggestions ?? Thanks,  Mike

Here is a link to a chart that has my error code on. It is the sixth one down the chart. But I can not see any suggestions on how to fix it.
