Excel 2016 question

Hi 

I have installed office 2016 on my pc and my laptop. The ideea is that whatever xls file I get from the web it gives me such errors. On the laptop opens just fine. It's related to a security setting or ? It's irritating me a bit..

Nothing related to the hardware..there's a ton of memory available.

In your Excel ... what does File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > File Block Settings display (see below for example).  Is there any difference between your notebook and desktop (with regards to the settings).  What happens if you save the file locally?  What kind of Excel file is it ... are they all of them are just ones on the web?

I checked that trust center settings..restored to defaults(even were the same) and doesn't seem to be working. The files are saved locally from my e-mail or..whatever. I don't understand your last question, sorry. Those excels are downloaded from my job e-mail, but not only..
