mercuryx013
I have a logitech MX700 and when I boot the 2.6.1 kernel it behaves poorly. IT works just fine in my 2.4 kernel that installed with Fedore Core 1. Is there something in the kernel config that I am missing?
mercuryx013
Bump. I have found a lot of different issues regarding the 2.6.x kernel and the mouse, but none seem to match the issue I'm having. Any help?

NeoMasamune
I had the same problem with my Intellimouse, but I found a way to fix it. Just log in as root, open up /etc/modules.conf Change alias usb-controller usb-uhci to alias usb-controller uhci-hcd Then reboot. Should work fine now. ;)

Mine was set to MouseManPS2, I changed it to ExplorerPS2 but will nto be able to see if it works until after work.
mercuryx013
I am still unable to get the mouse to work under the 2.6.X kernel. It does, however, work under the 2.4.X kernel that install with Fedora Core 1. Any other ideas??
