Not anti apple at all, I own several Apple devices and I also sell Apple devices and I know a bad decision when I see one.

You label this as a bad decision and keep claiming they don't learn.  Are you not getting it?  You may well disagree because the specs underwhelm, but it's a business strategy that has made them billions of dollars.  They learned this long ago.
