SPeedY_B
Does anyone know what the response time for an Apple Cinema Display is? I understand that Apple won't release any official figures on this, and the only info is that they aim to keep response time's fast for the full colour spectrum rather than black to white like other manufacturers, but are there any unofficial tests or something that reveals what the times are? Chad
I don't know how accurate it is, but Formac has a comparison between their's and Apple's products. They claim Apple's is 40ms, but I don't know how accurate it is. They haven't been updated in quite some time, so it shouldn't be too far off http://www.formac.com/p_bin/?cid=solutions...ery2010_compare
SPeedY_B
Hmm, from that that Formac display seems a lot better (and cheaper  ) can anyone vouch for the Formac having a better quality over an Apple Display? I'm considering an LCD but have used CRT's all my life therefore don't really know about them. :\ I know the Apple Display isn't rubbish, but the Formac could save me some money.. Chad
I wouldn't get the Apple Display. Check out Dell.com. Their displays usually get rated amongst the highest. They always have sales going on under the home and small business stores.
SPeedY_B
Hmmmm, not really sure anymore, thinking it may as-well be my best interest to just stick with my CRT. Really wanted an Apple display, but they don't exactly seem worth the money any more if they're as bad as Formac say (Obviously they're gonna be biased) but it does seem there are better out there for cheaper.
