devBrian
Looking for older PC Role Playing Games. Perspective (2D/3DFP/3DTP) doesn't matter. Sub-Genre doesn't matter (Console-Style, PC-Style) Age matters a little, would like the game to be post-1992. I've played: Fallout Deus Ex 1/2 Baldur's Gate NoX Wizardry Series Kings Quest Series Ultima Series Final Fantasy VII/VIII Diablo 1/2 Planescape Torment Darkstone System Shock 1/2 Icewind Dale Series Elder Scrolls 1/2/3 + Redguard All Emulation RPGs (That I can find...) Anyone have a good suggestion? I'd kinda like to see a Console style rpg... turnbased maybe?
Paganash
Check out www.the-underdogs.org - they've got a lot of old-school games, some of which you can download for free.

Quite Ltd.
Lands of Lore Might and Magic series Although it seems you've already played through the best of them
xRKx
If you really want to go back in time - a lot of SSI's RPGs from the 80's were pretty enjoyable. I don't know how many of them were released on the PC though - those were still primarily Apple & Commie days. Questron II is great. The old SSI Gold Box & Buck Rodgers games were enjoyable. Also, Legacy of the Ancients, and Legend of Blacksilver. To me at least, these all still stand the test of time beautifully. ^_^ The old Starflight games are also wonderful. I can't think of too much post-'92 off the top of my head that hasn't been mentioned or you haven't played.

Malechai Veteran Posted January 14, 2004 Veteran Share Posted January 14, 2004 a lot of SSI's RPGs from the 80's were pretty enjoyable. yes yes. especially the D&D ones. I had a Ravenloft one and another one called Menzoberranzan both good games for the time. I think the ravenloft one was the first rpg i played that had the npc's actually speak to you via voice actors. i was impressed! lol
xRKx
I liked Legacy of the Ancients. Definitely a classic - along with the Gold Box games. Wow though - I noticed Fallout 2 wasn't on the list. It's a must play! Ten times better than the first, IMHO! Another great must-play - but another 80's one is, of course, Wasteland too!
tronmaster
Might and Magic is really good, to bad they screwed it up at the end. Wizardry series is also good. Really old school if you can find them: Bard's Tale Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2 (I think that's whats it called) There was also a german 3 game release darn it...can't remember what the series was called. :( Also, semi-current: Arx Fatalix Arcanium Gothic 1 and
