Iain
Might seem like an odd request, but as my laptop isnt hooked up to the internet at the moment, I'm seeing if any old games will run on it. System Specs: Celeron 600Mhz 128mb SD Ram 12gb HDD 8mb ATi Mobility The sims runs on it ok-ish.. Any suggestions for oldies but goodies?
shifts
Go old school with something like MAME or what about www.bitmapbrothers.co.uk and download the mighty fine Xenon 2000 game. Works here fine on a laptop, same spec as yours but with a PIII800 in there

Iain
That bitmap brothers doesnt work mate. Thanks forster, I'll take a look to see how much they go for these days!
forster
I'm not sure if they still sell them, but you should be able to get Quake + expansion packs, and quake 2 for under ?20. I bought a big box set a year or so ago for a similar price, so they are probably chucking them away these days. Also look into the older worms games? Not sure regarding specs, but it'd be nice to have a 'classics' machine in a corner for when you get bored;)) ... hehe - just remembered - buy any more master systems last week:pp ?:
Iain
Lol, nope. Not used it much yet, because I'm in the middle of setting them all up :p Got them all set up in what is meant to be a separates cabinet. Saturn, Mega Drive, Master System, NES, PS2 :D (I lent my PS1 to someone about 2 years ago with tons of games and not bothered to get it back yet) Edit: I will try to find some worms games... (Y) Definitely a classic!
