Technique
I don't seem to be able to access my bookmarks within Chrome. I've imported from FireFox, i choose "Show Bookmarks bar" but all that appears is a little icon top left with a few colourful dots & next to it it says Apps "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks bar". But i don't seem to be able to get them there.
Boo Berry
You might have to export your bookmarks as a HTML file, and manually import them into Chrome. DConnell and +E.Worm Jimmy 2 Share
Zequi
You should have a folder called "other bookmarks" on the right side of the bookmarks bar. Check there for a folder called "imported" with all your imported bookmarks. Anibal P 1 Share
Technique
When i uncheck "show bookmarks bar" this is what it looks like... When i check "show bookmarks bar" this is what it looks like... For the record this is actually after clicking that import bookmarks link. I select FireFox, i select to import everything & then once it is done it looks exactly like the second image i just posted there ^^.

That's kinda weird since that "other bookmarks" folder I told you about can't even be deleted... You could try a manual import (As Boo Berry suggested) 1-Export Your bookmarks as HTML 2- right-click chrome's bookmarks bar and click "bookmark manager" 3- Import the HTML file You should now have a new folder called "Imported" With all your bookmarks. I'm pretty sure this will work.
